At GoldUnion UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid Royal Mail return label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
